WORD OF GOD vs. WORD OF MAN [2]

Hello folks ... to reiterate what my good friend Bob Mitchell has been saying on his blog [http://www.bob-mitchell.blogspot.com/] lately; these two [2] articles from 'Israel Today' are indeed poignant:-

"IRAN: TEL AVIV WILL BE IN RUINS" [1]
http://www.israeltoday.co.il/default.aspx?tabid=178&nid=16552

"JEWISH PRIESTS FITTED FOR SERVICE IN FUTURE [3rd] TEMPLE" [2]
http://www.israeltoday.co.il/default.aspx?tabid=178&nid=16549

It is [again] interesting that one article reports mans word and the other fulfills God's Word.

[1] The word of man: The top brass in Tehran are threatening the removal of Israel from the world map again. War is in the air. I believe that Syria, Lebanon ['Hezbollah'] and Iran are in league with Russia and these may well be the crux of the [Shi'ite] 'kings of the north' long prophesied. But the Word of God says that Damascus will be cut off from being habitable forever [Isaiah 17:1]; not Tel-Aviv. I'll go with God 's Word on this one.

[2] The Word of God: The preparations for the 3rd Temple that will be so central to the end time events rapidly approaching us are now much advanced; both for the building and the personnel and the instruments/furniture required. Watch with amazement as 2 Thessalonians 2; Daniel 9; Matthew 24 et al are fulfilled right before your eyes!

We shouldn't try to force fit events into the Bible but we can read the Bible into current events. This should increase your faith brothers and sisters! The time to witness is at hand. Matthew 28:19-20 says it all. Let's obey as obedience is better than sacrifice!

God bless you and God bless Israel ... KeithJS ... 08-July-2008
