A SAD DAY INDEED

Hello again folks! Amongst all the other 'news' broadcast this week; I was so very saddened to hear of the death; aged 100 years; of Miep Gies, the last surviving protector of Anne Frank and her family from the Nazis.
The Anne Frank story was and is and always will be an inspiration. In this century of increasing Holocaust denial; increasing anti-Semitism and downright bias against Jews; Israel and their partners - it is a good thing to look back and remember something that happened only six [6] decades ago. Believers also need to be reminded that this awful campaign of Jew eradication may well happen again before the great and glorious return of Messiah Yeshua.
This is why end-time Christian eschatology need to be fully tested and explored and not blindly rolled out in seminaries and accepted without question by the man [and woman] in the pews. I've always said that if most 'experts' got the First Advent wrong; it's a good bet that it'll happen again. Over and out. Real Bereans [Acts 17:11] are needed; watchmen must warn; evangelists must compel; DO NOT BE DECEIVED! and watch that periphery!
God bless you and God bless Israel ... Keith JS ... 14-Jan-2010
