Hello again folks! I read this gentastic Jewish joke in this months edition of: 'Israel Today' [http://www.israeltoday.co.il/] last weekend so I thought that I'd share it with you:

"A rabbi tells his congregation to prepare for the coming Shabbat [Sabbath] sermon by reading Exodus; chapter 41. Everyone nods in agreement. The following Shabbat, the rabbi asks the congregation: "Who among you has read Exodus 41?" Almost everyone raises their hand. The rabbi looks up from his text and says: "The book of Exodus has 40 chapters. Appropriately, my sermon today is on lying!"
[end quote]

It is true to say that the Jewish people can tell good jokes! There is just something about their wit and insight. They have their own flavour. And I [for one] love 'em! Real Bereans [Acts 17:11] are truly needed; watchmen must warn; evangelists must compel; DO NOT BE DECEIVED and watch that periphery!

God bless you and God bless Israel ... Keith JS ... 18-May-2010
