Hello again folks! Some believe that the last chapter of the Book of Revelation is a footnote to be ignored. But folks should be reminded that there is a warning contained in verses 18-19 directed at those who would be apologists for those who would come along later watering down the Word of God, and more specifically, the prophecies of the Book of Unveiling, thus:

"For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." ~ Revelation 22:18-19

Why do I quote the above inspired Word? The final book of the Bible was written - most probably - in the first century. Mohammed was born in 570CE and he died in 632CE aged 62 years. He lived and died some five [5] centuries after the Book of Revelation was revealed and written. At first the koran was revealed verbally before being 'published' much later. Muslims believe the book of divine guidance revealed from God to Muhammad through the angel Gabriel over a period of 23 years and believe it to be final revelation to humanity by their god. This is a direct contradiction to the teaching of the inspired Word of God [YHWH] and the above quoted scripture. Despite there being common texts in the Bible and the koran [i.e. the Pentateuch or first five [5] books of the Old Testament], the reader of of Revelation 22:18-19 has eventually to make a personal decision on whether to heed the warning therein or risk doubting or even ignoring it in light of the claims of islam, a religion which came several centuries later. After all, it is the last Word - bar two [2] verses. The Lord Jesus Christ wants none to perish and that includes all muslims but remember, if you can't stand on One Pillar, another pillar will fall on you.

Real Bereans [Acts 17:11] are truly needed, watchmen must warn; evangelists must compel, DO NOT BE DECEIVED and watch that periphery!

God bless you and God bless Israel ... KJS ... 05-Oct-2015
