Hello again folks! So today [not surprisingly]; the General Synod of the Church of England [CoE] has finally voted to allow the ordination of women bishops:

This has led to the strong possibility that not a few CoE leaders and some of their congregations will exit the CoE for Destination Vatican [i.e. the roman catholic church]. Indeed; the Vatican has offered a 'fast-track' route for ex-CoE ministers to join the ranks of the papal clergy [please read my recent blog: BISHOPS & VICARS OF THE FEMALE KIND: for further pondering].

The purpose of this message is to appeal to any minister or lay person in the CoE even considering joining the RCC over this issue to seriously reconsider what they are doing or planning to do. Get a hold of that classic book: "Foxes Book of Martyrs" and think on this: Rome has NOT changed. It cannot and will not change. The current pope was the modern day leader of the Inquisition or "Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith" as it is now called.

Why leave churchianity and join an organization that worships and adores Mary [who was in fact a nice; humble; young Jewish girl named Miriam who admitted that she herself was a sinner - see Luke 1:47 then read Romans 3:23] and a religious system which considers her sinless and equal to the Lord Jesus Christ - just because you don't think there should be women bishops?

Why not seek the Lord yourself? Why not start a new fellowship based on the New Testament model? Why not read the Book of Acts and ask yourself this: Why can't can't a church be in my home or a community centre with like-minded souls who revere the Lord of the Word and the Word of the Lord above [so-called] 'tradition'? I implore you - Don't leave one organization of error for one that is multiple times worse.

Real Bereans [Acts 17:11] are truly needed; watchmen must warn; evangelists must compel; DO NOT BE DECEIVED and watch that periphery!

God bless you and God bless Israel ... Keith JS ... 12-July-2010
